New Construction

JT Builders will review your plans and handle everything for you. We have a large staff of craftsmen and professional subcontractors that ensure your project will be completed to your specifications on schedule. And, through diligent value engineering, we will explore every possible avenue to reduce your costs resulting in a finished project within or under your budget. We also procure all supplier and subcontractor lien waivers and insurance verifications.

Throughout the duration of the project, our project manager or field superintendent will be at the job site everyday to ensure the scheduled work is being performed correctly and on schedule. Our goal is to start your revenue flow as early as possible and will be diligent in our efforts.

Remodeling/Renovation

JT Builders currently provides service to over 36 apartment complexes throughout the Omaha area that range from $50 for a quick-fix, or $200 to paint the interior of a unit, to $2,000,000 for interior and or exterior renovation projects.
